Resumen

Hay pocas situaciones mas angustiosas que perder a un niño en el centro comercial, o en el parque. Afortunadamente la cosa siempre suele quedar en un susto.

No cabe duda que es mucho mas difícil mantener vigilados a los niños de hoy que hace unos años . Con la televisión ,los juguetes cada vez mas avanzados y las distracciones que se pueden encontrar en todos lados , tienden a cautivar  mas interés de un niño. O algunas veces los niños pueden impulsivamente correr hacia otro lado.

Por esta razón, en este proyecto vamos  a hablarte sobre una innovadora herramienta de localización que son las pulseras GPS para niños.

Pregunta de Investigación

Planteamiento del Problema

En nuestro país cada vez es más  frecuente escuchar que los niños se pierden o se los roban. Según estudios, un niño se pierde cada 90 segundos, la estadística es preocupante. Un padre puede muy bien sentirse indefenso si algo como esto pasaría. Sin embargo, las cosas no son tan desesperanzadas. Con la tecnología moderna podemos  muy fácilmente mantener un seguimiento de los niños en caso de extraviarse y rastrear sus movimientos.

Antecedentes

De acuerdo con un informe elaborado por la Red por los Derechos de la Infancia (Redim), el peor de esos cinco años fue 2016 con mil 431 desapariciones. La entidad donde han ocurrido más casos es el Estado de México.

El año 2016 fue históricamente el más grave en materia de desaparición de menores con mil 431 casos reportados, casi una cuarta parte (23.5%) del total que registra el RNPED, y en 2017 las desapariciones de población de 0 a 17 años de edad suman ya 812 casos, denuncia la Red en el informe ‘La infancia Cuenta 2017’ que presenta este jueves. Para el grupo de organizaciones defensoras de la infancia se trata ya una “epidemia”, al ser una situación que el Estado no ha tenido la capacidad de reconocer ni de dar respuesta apropiada.

El Estado de México es la entidad con el mayor número de niños y adolescentes desaparecidos en el país: hasta julio de 2017 se registraron mil 498 casos.

 Brazaletes GPS para niños

Gracias a la tecnología del GPS Tracker, te ayuda a conocer donde se encuentra en todo momento el niño a través de una aplicación conocida como monitoreo personal.

3. Tecnología para evitar que el bebé se pierda

El último grito tecnológico son, sin embargo, las pulseras que incluyen un código QR para encontrar a los niños perdidos. El código QR funciona de un modo similar al código de barras de los productos comerciales y está muy difundido entre los usuarios de teléfonos inteligentes o smartphones.

¿Cómo funcionan? Basta con acercar el móvil al código de la pulsera para obtener la información de contacto de los padres del niño.

lE TrackR es un buscador de clave comercial que ayuda a rastrear objetos y dispositivos perdidos. ^[1] TrackR es producido por la compañía Phone Halo ^] y fue inspirado por los fundadores que perdieron sus llaves en la playa durante un viaje de surf. Los fundadores de Phone Halo comenzaron a trabajar en TrackR en 2009, y fundaron la compañía en 2010, lanzando el producto el mismo año.

El dispositivo contiene una batería de litio, que el usuario debe cambiar cada año.

La comunicación de la ubicación actual del dispositivo se realiza a través de Bluetooth 4.0 a un teléfono inteligente con iOS 8.0+ o Android 4.4+ con la aplicación TrackR instalada y ejecutándose. Esta función se conoce como “Localizar multitud” ya que esos dispositivos informarán la ubicación de todos los dispositivos TrackR, incluidos aquellos que no son propiedad ni están registrados por el usuario. Si la aplicación no está instalada en ese dispositivo cercano habilitado con Bluetooth, la ubicación no se puede retransmitir.

El TrackR bravo está disponible desde octubre de 2016 en una segunda edición: lleva un pequeño orificio para el sonido del zumbador junto al logotipo en el anverso. En comparación con la 1ª edición, suena “60%” más fuerte, tiene una batería un 25% más grande (más gruesa), un chipset más nuevo, ofrece una señal más potente.

Se comunica por luz LED, zumbador e informa a la aplicación en el teléfono inteligente acerca de la distancia local aproximada (dentro del radio BLE) y la posición de localización de multitudes. Un botón pulsador en bravo permite que un teléfono inteligente suene, mientras esté conectado el GPS.

A partir de agosto de 2017, se han vendido más de 5 millones de dispositivos.  Han recibido revisiones negativas en su mayoría, siendo notorias por ser poco confiables  e inconsistentes. La campaña de Indiegogo , si bien fue financieramente exitosa, recibió comentarios abrumadoramente negativos por parte de los patrocinadores.

GPS contra los extravíos infantiles

La tecnología hace su aporte no solo a través de los códigos QR, sino también con dispositivos más sofisticados, como los sistemas de localizadores por GPS.

Estos productos constan de dos partes: un reloj o emisor de señal y un receptor, que permite conocer en tiempo real la ubicación del pequeño. Existen varios modelos, como GTU 10 Tracker, desde 167 euros, o Child Locator, que vale 379 euros.

Una propuesta desarrollada en España es Pikavú. Incluye un reloj resistente al agua y a los golpes. Entre otras cualidades, posee un botón que, si se aprieta durante cinco segundos, activa una alarma en el recepto

Objetivo

Elaborar una pulsera localizadora con un microchip GPS para evitar que los niños se extravíen

Justificación

Escogí  este tema ya que al ver que los niños y niñas a diario son víctimas del secuestro  entonces me pregunté y si pudiera encontrar a todos esos niños que se perdieron o si hiciera una pulsera que los encuentre y ayude a sus papás a localizarlos.

Hipótesis

Si elaboramos una pulsera con un microchip GPS entonces podremos localizar a los niños cuando por alguna razón se extravíen

Método (materiales y procedimiento)

Para la realización de este proyecto realizaremos una pulsera a la cual  se le colocara un chip, por lo que se necesitaran los siguientes materiales:

-La aplicación del GPS

-El GPS (Trackr bravo)

-Un celular

-Una pulsera hecha de cuero de 3 a 4 cm de ancho

-Cuero con buen tamaño de grosor aguja e hilo

Primero descargamos en google play la aplicación llamada trackr bravo, al abrir la aplicación seleccionamos añadir un dispositivo trackr aparecerá un menú de acciones y le damos a la primera opción .Le otorgamos su nombre . Al aceptar el nombre, debemos vincular el dispositivo y presionar el botón inferior del trackr bravo .Se tiene que mantener cerca del celular

Una vez vinculado lo colocamos en la pulsera diseñada para sujetar  el GPS , una vez cocida con la aguja e hilo se sujeta la pulsera y listo. Cada vez que los niños se extravíen o pierdan sonara una alarma en el celular y dará su ubicación.

Los resultados encontrados en nuestro proyecto fueron los siguientes se logró elaborar la pulsera localizadora utilizando un GPS trackr con una duración de hasta un año de la batería, siguiendo a un niño hasta su casa, el GPS trackr tiene un alcance de 900 metros.

Conclusiones

Las conclusiones a las que se llegaron fueron que gracias al diseño de esta pulsera nos será más fácil localizar a los niños cuando estos se extravíen, aunque los inconvenientes de la pulsera es que en algunos lugares por la señal vía satelital se dificultara la búsqueda.

There is no doubt that it is much more difficult to keep an eye on children today than a few years ago. With television, more and more advanced toys and distractions that can be found everywhere, tend to captivate more interest of a child. Or sometimes children can impulsively run the other way.

For this reason, in this project we are going to talk to you about an innovative localization tool that is GPS bracelets for children.

3. Technology to prevent the baby from getting lost

What is a GPS Trackr?

Objective

Make a location bracelet with a GPS microchip to prevent children from getting lost

Justification

I chose this topic because when I saw that the children are victims of the kidnapping every day, I asked myself and if I could find all those children that were lost or if I made a bracelet that would find them and help their parents to locate them

Hypothesis

If we make a bracelet with a GPS microchip then we can locate the children when for some reason they get lost

Method (materials and procedure)

For the realization of this project we will make a bracelet to which a chip will be placed, so the following materials will be needed: -The GPS application -The GPS (Brave Trackr) -A cell phone -A bracelet made of leather 3 to 4 cm wide – Leather with good size needle and thread thickness First we download in Google Play the app called trackr bravo, when we open the app we select add a trackr device a menu of actions will appear and we give it to the first option. We give it its name. When accepting the name, we must link the device and press the bottom button of the bravo trackr. It has to be kept close to the cell phone Once linked we put it on the bracelet designed to hold the GPS, once cooked with the needle and thread the bracelet is fastened and ready. Every time the children get lost or lost, an alarm will sound on the cell phone and it will give its location.

The results found in our project were as follows: the location bracelet was developed using a GPS trackr with a battery life of up to one year, following a child to his home, the GPS trackr has a range of 900 meters.

Conclusions

The conclusions reached were that thanks to the design of this bracelet we will find it easier to locate children when they get lost, although the drawbacks of the wristband is that in some places by the satellite signal is difficult to search.
